Herbal remedies can be very complex, and to find ingredients, such as heavy as they are expressing. However, they should not be. I can not count how many times I got from a friend or relative (usually I was asked at a time, every time a physician is not an option), some of the smaller health care to manage the crises that arise in our lives. My first question is almost always "So what should you do in your kitchen."
While I use the normal order in your Spice> Rack, there are other things that can be used. Sometimes it is a tea you bought at a supermarket, or can be found in the contents of the tray of fruit and vegetables. You will be surprised at some of the applications of "normal food".
Apple: You have a proverb: An apple a day keeps the doctor away. Even if this is true as it applies to health benefits of fruits and vegetables, can help with diarrhea and constipation. The flesh of an apple first can help end theProblem.
Cherry: The fruit and cherry juice is good for gout and other forms of arthritis. If you use the juice, make sure it is sweet or just one of many ingredients ... unless they are all dark berries.
Cranberries: Berry Pie This can be useful for kidney and bladder. If there is an irritation of the urinary tract, may reduce symptoms, at least long enough to let the doctor.
Lemon: While some sources claim the traditional lemon juicecan help with gout, I can not find evidence.this clinical, then. However, it is a good home remedy for sore throats. Mix 50/50 with honey and take a spoon if necessary. It can help both the sore throat and cough.
Orange juice: If someone is sick in my family, I break the OJ. I do not use "not from concentrate" stuff. E '100% juice, is a spin or off-market. I do not mean by a cold, but between vitamin C and increased fluid intake iscertainly feels like it.
